Exchange & Return
You may exchange products sold by infiusa.com upon pre-approval from INFI USA in case a defect is found. (Minor damage to the product packaging, such as wrinkles or slight dents incurred during shipping, is not considered a defect.) In all circumstances, a refund is not possible except in cases where your ordered item is sold out or the product is completely unused and returned in its original condition. If you decide to return, you have to send a return message to us within 7 days from the time you received the item and send back the item you wish to return in its original condition within the same 7 days; otherwise, the return will be declined. You are responsible for the return shipping charge. In the event of a dispute, INFI USA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable items
We are sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT the exchange or return of products including:
- Products 7 days after you received them.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, but is damaged, lost its tag, or is missing parts.
- Any product that has been used.
- Any discount, clearance, or sales product that infiusa.com has already stated is non-returnable.
- Delay, Customs Duty Charges, or Refusal of Receipt: If your package is returned to us by your country's customs or due to the refusal of receipt for any reason, no refund will be issued.
- In case of change-of-mind returns, we don't accept refunds.
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost parcel due to the handling of the recipient country's postal service will not be considered for a refund. infiusa.com is not responsible for post parcels once they leave us.
- We recommend that you check any potential duties or taxes that may apply in your country. If your problem is related to customs in your country, our support cannot completely solve your issue. You must pay customs duties. This is compulsory, and please understand that there will be no refund if the product is returned due to this. We are not responsible and don't refund if your country's customs office refuses to clear your order.
**In the event of a dispute, INFI USA's decision shall be final and conclusive.**
Return and Exchange Procedures
You can send your return or exchange product in just a few simple steps.
1. Please contact us through the contact us page or email us within 7 days from the time you received the item. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your Return or Exchange.
2. Pack the returned products with the original labels and tags still attached in their original packaging within 7 days from when you received them. Put your Order Number in a box so that we can expedite your request.
3. We cannot accept COD returns & In case of change-of-mind returns.
* Please note that returns are accepted only if you followed the instructions above and the return request has been approved by our customer center. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
- Please note that even defective/incorrect items must be returned with all tags and accessories. The items must be sent in their original packaging and unused.
- Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
